PET POLICY & FEES: Pet's must be approved during application process and applicant may be required to pay a non-refundable $250 pet fee and/or an additional pet deposit and an additional $25 pet rent. These fees are applied per pet. If you have more than 1 pet, it must get approved prior to you applying. Tenants must obtain renter's insurance specifying pet liability. We receive several applications for one property and we may choose the best qualified applicant for pre-approval. HOA application and application fees may apply.
