My brother and sister in law have bought a home in NC and will be 90% of the time in NC. They have a basement available for rent that has its own living room, a bedroom, an office and separate entrance. This will be your living area however, you will have use of the entire home except for their bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The house will be partially furnished. You will need to bring your own furniture for your living area. There is no bathroom in the basement. You would have your own upstairs. The owners would be home maybe 1-3 days a month or when they need to fly back for meetings. They need someone reliable and trustworthy person to take care of the home when they are gone. This is in a GREAT quiet family friendly neighborhood. Pets considered with an additional pet deposit and monthly fee. Owners do have 2 dogs. ALL utilities are included in your rent. There will be a cap of $100 on the water and electric per month. If you go over the $100 (per utility) you would need to pay the difference. Cable and internet are also included in rent! Tenant does the mowing and snow removal in driveway. Lawnmower provided. I am local and the property manager for them. This is a 6 months lease with the possibility to extend at the end of your term. There is also a possibility to eventually rent the entire house at the end of the 6 months (rent would be $2500 and you would be paying all the utility's, owners would not be staying there) Credit Check, background and references apply. Proof of incomer required. Must make 2.5 rent in verifiable income. Credit and background through cozy the applicant pays for.
