About This Home
Waterfront with awesome sunset view 3 bed 2 bath condo available after September 1st. This second-floor apartment has a good flow to it and is perfect for entertaining, with unobstructed water views from every room except 1 bedroom. The apartment has subtle architectural details like crown molding and chair rails. You will spend hours watching the pelicans, and rose spoon bills fishing just a few yards from the lanai. Every now and then you'll catch a glimpse of the dolphins using the sandbar to coral the fish they are feeding on. The bald eagles and Osprey often use the oyster bed to pick apart the fish they caught. At night you can see the Ringling Bridge lit up in the distance, and the lights from longboat key provide contrast to the darkness of the evening. Community Pool, hot tub, and grill. 1 car port spot and additional parking for a second car. Conveniently located near IMG, and Sarasota Airport. Even though it is a dog friendly community, unfortunately the condo rules prevent renters from having pets. Annual lease only. 2 applications required, 1st is $35 for my credit screening and background check. If acceptable, there is a second $150 fee for the condo association application.
