The primary suite includes a king bedroom with a soaking tub and a separate private bathroom with a shower. The upper level has 2 private bedrooms with full-size beds, each including a folding couch for additional sleeping space. A shared full bathroom with a soaking clawfoot tub is also available. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 hourly fee. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations.
