Large sliding glass doors give you a gorgeous view of the pool and lake in the backyard. The open concept kitchen with hardwood cabinets and granite counter tops allow you to see everything that's going on while you cook. Also downstairs is another bedroom with vinyl plank floors, another full bathroom, and the master suite. Inside the master suite, vinyl plank floors have been put down, there's a his and her closet, a beautiful bay window with lake view, and a sliding glass door that allows access to the pool. The master bathroom has separate his and her sinks, a large whirlpool tub, and a separate large walk-in shower! Beyond the downstairs bedroom is the laundry room, with washer/dryer included, then the large 2-car garage! Waterlefe offers resort style living that includes world class golf, marina with boating access directly to the Gulf, a newly renovated clubhouse that includes fine dining, pub style dining, a game room, playground, heated salt water community pool and a well-equipped fitness center. Enjoy yoga, zumba, pilates, and water aerobic classes or relax poolside at the tiki bar. With a full calendar of social events, there is something to do for everyone in Waterlefe! The HOA requires $700 be spent at their dining facilities each 12-month period, this will be pro-rated based on how long you are living there in a given calendar year.
