It is at Four Seasons II, which is 4 blocks away from our main complex, Four Seasons Apts. This building has dishwashers, central air conditioning, private decks, is a limited-access building, is nearly sound-proofed between apt's for privacy, with all 1-1/2 baths. You pay heat and electricity, but because this is an energy-efficient building it should run approx. $75 per month for both. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be. That significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit! Any 2 bedroom can be furnished for an additional $95 per month. That would include two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $70 per month with electric remote openers. There is free off-street parking. There is also a washer & dryer on every floor. No pets are allowed. As for our availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. The deposit is $275 based on your application, and the application fee is $40 per adult. Come visit our apartment community. It really stands head and shoulders above the others in Des Moines and West Des Moines. We are situated on 6 acres, have plenty of off-street parking, and the property is beautifully landscaped. We also have an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool and a full 2000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The clubhouse has free wireless Internet, cardiovascular exercise equipment, pool table, game room, fireplace, wet bar, men's and women's saunas, showers and changing rooms, and more! Although, the nicest thing we offer is that Four Seasons is a family owned and operated apt community. We truly care, so when you come home you have peace of mind; there won't be any hassles. We have only top-notch residents and maintenance staff. Simply put, Four Seasons is an awesome place to live! Call to set up an appointment at 515-274-3351. The clubhouse is located at 3003 Woodland Ave, just a few blocks away. It features an indoor pool in the winter and an outdoor pool in the summer. The clubhouse also has exercise equipment, ping pong, and a coin operated pool table. Four Seasons Apts is in a great location! Just south of I-235 off the 31st St Exit. Also on the DART bus line!
