You would pay heat and electricity, but because these are energy-efficient buildings, the bill is approx. $75 per month for both. That's 1/2 of what it normally would be. That significantly lowers the total monthly cost of the unit! Any 2 bedroom can be furnished for an additional $95 per month. That would include two complete bedroom sets, a dining room set, and a complete living room set. Garages are also available for $70 per month with electric remote openers. Otherwise there is plenty of free off-street parking. There is also a set of laundry machines on every floor in the 2-BR buildings. No pets are allowed. This unit is available now, and the application fee is $40 for each adult. Four Seasons II has eighteen 2 Bedroom units, and is 4 blocks away from our main complex in Des Moines. No pets are allowed. The clubhouse is located at 3003 Woodland Ave, just a few blocks away. It features an indoor pool in the winter and an outdoor pool in the summer. The clubhouse has free wireless internet, free video games, exercise equipment, ping pong, and a coin operated pool table! Also included is a fireplace, wet bar, men's and women's saunas, showers and changing rooms in the basement. For summer fun, there are grills and picnic tables located in the courtyard! Four Seasons Apts is in a great location! Just south of I-235 off the 31st St Exit. Also on the DART bus line! Come visit our apartment community. It really stands head and shoulders above the others in Des Moines and West Des Moines. We are situated on 6 acres, have plenty of off-street parking, and the property is beautifully landscaped. Although, the nicest thing we offer is that Four Seasons is a family owned and operated apt community. We truly care, so when you come home you have peace of mind; there won't be any hassles.
