It is 750 sq ft with 2 queen beds, 1 bath, with minimal, modern, and comfortable decor and fixtures. It is an easy 5-10 minute commute to MUSC, Roper, or any destination downtown. It is also centrally located to all of West Ashley, James Island, North Charleston etc. and is a 20 minute drive from Folly Beach! The pool is seasonal, and is currently expected to open in May. Coin operated laundry facilities are on site. Unit is on the second floor. $1800 is our 1 month rate and includes utilities and high speed internet. Please expect a variable security deposit based on your lease term. Please ask about additional rates based on your desired lease term from 1 month up to 1 year.
