The attic is habitable and is considered a flex space for a playroom, additional sitting room or home office. There is a new 1/2 bath on the first floor in addition to new cabinets, counters and bedroom. Excellent square footage throughout each floor to ensure comfortable living quarters! There is a utility fee which includes water, sewer and trash for just $50/month per person with a $200/month household max! We also offer a garage in the rear at an additional rent. We do not accept section 8.
