Perfect for someone who wants a quiet, light-filled place to call home, while without needing to bring tons of furniture and a complicated move in. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and skylights flood the living and kitchen area with natural light The open kitchen with dishwasher and living room area is spacious and has been very inviting for the previous tenants to have a few friends over for dinner and a movie. A gas fireplace anchors the cozy living room, complete with a wall-mounted TV and sound bar already set up for relaxing evenings in. The three seated couch has two recliners, and the black recliner next to it sets that space up perfectly. The queen bed in the primary room is very comfortable, and you'll have two floor to ceiling closets, and two dressers for storage and a built-in washer/dryer. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and comes mostly stocked—so whether you like to cook or just want the basics covered, you’re set. Bring a few personal appliances if you’d like, but the space is essentially move-in ready. No scrambling for furniture or pots and pans. There's just enough there to call it good -or make a quick stop to the store to fill in the blanks. Out back, the private deck serves up sunny, west-facing views and nightly sunsets over Angora Ridge—the kind of spot that makes you pause and soak it all in. Previous tenants had patio furniture, and utilizing that space in some way seems to be the highest and best use! You’ll have access to part of the shared garage, including your own dedicated storage space for bikes, skis, or anything else you don’t want to keep inside. The owner lives downstairs and uses the garage for her private entry. Snow removal is shared in the winter, and all other utilities such as high-speed internet are included in the rent, making life simple! The owner has two super friendly dogs, and usually spends her time between work, or out on the trails hiking. She's very adventurous and extremely quiet downstairs. She enters through the garage, but is looking for tenants who are friendly and respectful of her home. Finding the right tenant is the most important thing, so please communicate in your application anything that you feel is important to include. It's not that tenant and landlord are best friends, but the previous tenants mostly kept to themselves but were courteous and friendly. Synonymous qualities to those are preferable and generally make life more enjoyable for everyone.
