The main building, has (4) separate, individual, 1/1 apartments. Each furnished unit is different, but all are immaculate and well-appointed. We welcome annual renters, shorter term (6+) months, and corporate clients. Each rental contract is tailored to the individual situation. We do not offer nightly, weekly or monthly rentals. Feel free to check in with us if you have any questions. We have units possibly coming open in the next couple of months. Check with owner for updated availability. Price listed is for an ANNUAL rental with electricity in guest name. Far enough from the heavy traffic and congestion of the major tourist areas, yet close enough for a quick trip or visit. 1 hr 40 min to Fort Myers, approx 2 hours to Fort Myers Beach depending on roads and traffic OUTDOORSY STUFF for Golf and Water Enthusiasts Golf - We have 17 reasonably priced courses in Highlands County and we are right around the lake from Pinecrest Country Club.
