This place is perfect for anyone looking to move near the 580/680 interchange, say to commute down to South Bay. The apartment complex couldn't be closer to 680 southbound and you can't even hear the freeway. Plus our rent is $300 lower than a similar 10-month lease in the same complex. Win-win! As an added bonus we'll let you keep the deposit, which is $1200!!! My wife and I just recently purchased a home and are looking to sublease our apartment as we just renewed the lease for another year. It's an awesome place, quiet neighbors, and kid friendly. The maintenance team is also awesome, they literally fix any little thing, I have a light bulb go out and someone comes within a couple hours and replaces it. It's awesome! Plus the complex is right down the street from Stoneridge Mall and 580/680 on-ramps for easy freeway access. Here are the details on the apartment: - 2-story unit on the 2nd and 3rd floor (no one above you!) - 2 bed with 2.5 bath (each bedroom has it's own attached full bath plus a half bath on the 2nd floor living area) - Floorplan 2B - Has (3) private balconies - Includes washer/dryer in unit - Current lease is good through Feb 8th, 2018 - Looking for someone to take over the lease in mid-late March - Rent is $3,047 per month (same floorplan for 10-month lease on Stoneridge website is $3,352, over $300 more per month!) - They allow cats and dogs, with an added monthly charge If interested please contact me ASAP. This will all be done through the front office staff of Stoneridge Apartments so no concerns over getting scammed.
