Price per home can be split monetarily between 3 people however you choose. House is not furnished Hi there! I'm Eric, and i'm a local and always ready to help and assist tenants. This home is NOT corporate owned where once you sign you'll never hear from again :P I look forward to making your experience great in baltimore whether you're coming from out of town or just want to be able to walk to work. Each room is large and has their own private updated bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs, one room in finished basement. Shared common area and kitchen. Half bathroom in living room. Balcony off kitchen.
