The fully equipped kitchen and smart TV with streaming apps installed provide all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Access to the gym, pool, pet park, clubhouse, and lounge are included. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on the length of your stay, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. This apartment is centrally located in NuLu, a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats, or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping, and street food. The building is easily accessible from the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift, a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, the downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and dockless scooters are also an option. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
