This cozy apartment is ideal for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, offering all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, a fitness center, and access to a lobby, lounge, and library. The bedroom configuration includes one queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, and the apartment is wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. The building offers easy access to highways, and for local excursions, you can hop on the LouLift, a free electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and for the adventurous, dockless scooters are encouraged. The apartment is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old, except for students and interns. The apartment has a strict no weapons or drugs policy, with zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violations. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you will receive before arrival. This ensures easy check-in and check-out at your convenience, anytime after the designated check-in time.
