This apartment has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, access to a fitness center, lobby, lounge, library, pet park and washing station. The apartment features soaring 9ft ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length is collected separately. Locals call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville. This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food. The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard Wi-Fi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, and Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are prohibited. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
