If the results of the tenant screening report also meet our Application Qualification Standards, we’ll reach out to schedule a phone call with you to determine the details of your lease and confirm your move-in date etc. 4. Lastly, you will receive a lease agreement via Docusign and will need to provide the Deposit to Hold (equal to one month’s rent) within 24 hours of receiving and signing the lease to secure the home as outlined above.
