Two bedrooms share an outside patio that overlooks the Pasadena Yacht & County Club. There is also an additional patio on the 2nd floor that overlooks the pool and gorgeously maintained golf course. The impeccable outdoor oasis is great for relaxing and entertaining. This home offers a saltwater pool and spa, covered veranda with outdoor cooking area, pool side bathroom, lower level setting and fenced in backyard. This property was professional decorated and redesigned in 2022. Pool and lawn care included with rent Tenant pay for all utilities There is an HOA for this property, however there are no application fees or background checks required! Within 10 minutes of Downtown Gulfport, St. Pete beaches, restaurants, shopping and much more! One or two adult dogs under 35 lbs (no aggressive breeds) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog, $25/mo per dog. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability. $85 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check. $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval.
