The open and airy kitchen has been updated and includes large eating area on the other side of the peninsula. There are two bedrooms ( 1 with King bed)), a totally renovated bathroom with tub and a half bathroom, a washer and dryer with parking for two cars. Walkable to the best of Helena, the home is located on West Main Street a few blocks from downtown, the library, restaurants and breweries! In the other direction you are a short walk to Grizzly Gulch and numerous trailheads. It's a great location for those wanting the feel of town and the outdoors! A shorter duration lease may be possible but this would be evaluated on a case by case basis. Utilities are included and wifi. The unit is available from 1/1/2026 through April 30, 2026 (very possibly May, too!). There is parking on the property. This is a smoke free space. Please feel free to contact me with any questions prior to applying. Owner pays utilities, and wifi. Snow removal is done by the renters!! Pets might be possible after discussion with owner.
