Walkable to the best of Helena, the home is located on West Main Street a few blocks from downtown, the library, restaurants and breweries! In the other direction you are a short walk to Grizzly Gulch and numerous trailheads. It's a great location for those wanting the feel of town and the outdoors! A shorter duration lease may be possible but this would be evaluated on a case by case basis. Utilities are included and wifi. The unit is available from 3/1/2025 through April 30, 2025 (very possibly May, too!). There is parking on the property. This is a smoke free space.
