The owner covers water, sewer, winter plowing, and summer lawn care. Tenants will be responsible for splitting oil heat in winter months. Electricity and forced hot water on their own sides are handled separately. Each tenant will also handle salting and shoveling their own porch and walkways, and keep the shared hallway clear.Please note, pets are generally not allowed, but one cat may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
