This home is also free of carpet, with the living areas having vinyl flooring and the bathrooms having tile. This property also has a few other unique features; a fireplace, a large covered patio, and a work shed next to the house. WE’RE INVESTED IN YOUR FUTURE - With AMRR, you can take full advantage of our homebuyer program and earn up to $5,000 towards the future purchase of a new home. We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months.
