The setup is 100% private and you use the rear steps to access your 100% private and lockable space which consists of 2 rooms and a newly renovated full bathroom and an all electric hotel suite inspired kitchenette (kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, dual hot plates). If you like to do heavy duty cooking once in a while, we are happy to share our main level full kitchen with you. Shared laundry on upper main level as well. Plenty of easy curbside parking facing woods on a cul-de-sac setting. If you do drugs, smoke or have a criminal record (we will check), this space is DEFINITELY not suitable for you. +++ All utilities, WiFi, Netflix are INCLUDED in the rent+++ Shared house, therefore not suitable for more than 2 occupants.
