Small pet dog considered $50 extra per month. Electric, Water, Sewer, Landscaping, Terminix Pest Control and Trash included in rent. Tenants responsible for all other utilities--There is one AC in the unit; if tenant wants additional air conditioner(s), then they pay $50 more per month per AC for electricity, and Tenants have to obtain/ maintain renter's insurance. Hot water, dryer, stove are on propane gas, which tenant pays for. There are some common areas associated with the property-there is an owners outdoor shed in the back of the property that the owners reserve the right to access at any time when they are on island and for electric meter reading on the backside of the house.
