Tenants responsible for all other utilities--There is one AC in the unit; if tenant wants additional air conditioner(s), then they pay $50 more per month per AC for electricity, and Tenants have to obtain/ maintain renter's insurance. Hot water, dryer, stove are on propane gas, which tenant pays for.
