We happily accept and and all vouchers for Section 8, etc. We pay water/sewer/garbage and there is a washer & dryer on site in the basement. Parking is first come first serve with two spots in back of property, but plenty of street parking. No smoking inside or outside. This is non smoking location. Must have good credit & No late rental payments. Renter's Insurance is also required and paid by tenant. Tenant must use our screening process via Turbo Tenant. This unit has a private balcony. Shared laundry in the basement.
