The kitchen with its granite countertops, bar-sitting stools and coffee/tea station is fully equipped. The dining table is all set and can sit six guests. The living room has a very comfortable sectional with two recliners and a 65”-smart TV connected to high-speed internet. The master bedroom with a king bed, a walk-in closet, 50”-smart TV and a master bathroom connects to the lanai for easy access to the patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds and ample sunlight with easy access to the guest bathroom. Third bedroom has a queen bed directly connecting to the guest bathroom. As you exit the lanai you are faced with an outdoor jacuzzi which is meticulously maintained weekly (by the tenant). You can also appreciate the extensive patio with an outdoor table, chairs, umbrella, and a grill. You can appreciate different flower, roses, and mini coconut trees. All these components are just perfect to make you relax. There are a washer and a dryer in the house and for your convenience we have available beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and a wagon ready for you to go enjoy Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park, recently named number nine on the top ten USA beaches list. Walk to the Beach House is centrally located to what Naples has to offer. Right around the corner you can enjoy the restaurants at the Ritz Carlton, Turtle Club, the Lighthouse and LaPlaya. Just a short drive away, you will encounter Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, fine restaurants, and bars at Mercato, Fleming's Steakhouse, the Pavilion Shopping Center, Artis Naples, Pelican Bay Marketplace, and movie theaters. In just a 15-minute drive you will be at Old Naples and 5th Avenue shopping and dining. There are tennis, racquetball, and basketball courts just 1-mile walk at Pelican Bay Community Park.
