No smoking except outdoor. Drugs and partying is not allowed. Minimum one year lease. 1 month rent security deposit plus 1 month rent for the pet (cat permitted only) damage deposit if applicable. Renter will get their renter insurance. Snow removal within rental area (starting from the basement entrance sidewalk) and backyard lawn mowing / cleaning will be the tenant responsibility. Credit & Reference Check and income verification will be required. 24 hours notice required for viewing as the current tenants are still there.
