It is a $55 fee for the reports portion of the application so we want to ensure you are the right fit before you spend the money to complete the application (it is non-refundable). Employment and Income Verification - You will be asked to provide your current employer information to verify income and employment. Credit, Background, and Eviction Screening Reports - The application process does include these reports which are covered by the application fee of $55.
