There is a wall unit for heating and cooling as well as a baseboard heater in the bathroom. A large pantry and a linen closet are in this unit as well as a closet organizer in the laundry and water heater room. Tenant will have one dedicated parking spot 20 feet from the building. All utilities are included in the rent! Lease is for11 months. Rent includes utilities. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. This is a no pet rental. Deposit equivalent to month's rent will be required in addition to first month's rent. There is a storage closet available for renter to use.
