If you are interested I have a short term rental condo with ocean view available in Solana Beach in walking distance of the beach, Solana Beach design district, racetrack and more. It's my condo but I'm selling it and it is in escrow expecting to close 11/26/15. The current tenants move out at the end of October. I can rent Unfurnished or Furnished 7 day minimum stay 11/26 max unless the condo falls out of escrow. Here is some information about the condo: This is an older condo but it is beautiful, bright, clean, cool condo in the most serene neighborhood in Solana Beach! Walking distance to the beach, the best schools, the Del Mar racetrack, Cedros design district, plenty of shopping and more. You must drive around this neighborhood to take in the peace, tranquility, and panoramic ocean views! And you must see the condo too as it has a wonderful layout and a very large south facing outdoor balcony with a great ocean view to the west. Wonderful peak ocean view from the kitchen too. This is a very quiet neighborhood so no parties and must be respectful of neighbors and follow noise ordinances. Available for rent Nov 1st. This is an amazing single level second floor condominium with the following: * 2 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, and extra large balcony * Assigned covered parking very close to condo plus *plenty* of additional parking * New tiled master bedroom shower * New stainless steel tub dishwasher and garbage disposal * Large freezer-on-bottom refrigerator * Laundry room is right out front door; very clean and infrequently used * Water, trash, and sewer charges included so just need SDG&E and Cable (negotiable for short term rental) * Beautiful Pool and Clubhouse access included and very close but nobody uses it so again, very quiet and private * A lot of open space around the clubhouse and neighborhood that makes for beautiful walks or just sit and enjoy the ocean views Sorry, HOA does not allow dogs, and no smoking either.
