A washer and dryer are included with the house. Utilities that Tenants pay are: Electric, Heat, Cable, Internet, and Hot water. The Heat is electric. 1 parking spot comes with the house in the parking lot, subject to availability. The maximum occupancy is 4 students. Students must apply with a guarantor/co-signer. Minimum credit score for guarantor/co-signer is 650. Application fee is $100 per person.
