Nearby you will find bicycle rentals, boat rentals, and a public boat ramp (2 minutes). There are two nearby public golf courses (a 5-minute drive): New Smyrna Beach Municipal Golf Course and Hidden Lakes Golf Course. The Carriage House sits upon a long lot with mature oak trees and is tucked away for quiet and private enjoyment. A large parking pad and long driveway provide rare premium parking for a boat or RV. This delightful home features central air/heat, ceiling fans throughout, gorgeous hardwood floors, and an open floor plan with 12 ft. cathedral ceilings. The living room is tastefully decorated and offers comfortable seating and a large smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers all your cooking essentials and includes a drip coffee maker, small and large appliances, a dishwasher, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, Tupperware, utensils, cutlery, and more! The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed. French doors open up to a second bedroom which features two twin beds. The Sun Room overlooks the lovely tropical grounds and ancient oak trees. There is also a full bath with a walk-in shower. The Carriage House offers all of the standard creature comforts: flat-screen cable TV, books, cards, board games, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, full-length mirror, bath towels, washcloths, beach towels, and beach chairs. There is a spacious storage room with a full-size washer and dryer. The Carriage House is one level, however, access does require walking up one flight of stairs. Please contact us about bringing a dog(weight limit, no cats); prior approval is necessary and there is an additional fee. This house is ideal for one or two people but could sleep four. 2-car garage. Small pets(under 20lbs). Please no cats. Mandatory pet fee of $175. Guests can enjoy an easy, fun-filled day by packing a picnic lunch, surfboards, boogie boards, fishing poles, and other gear in the car and driving right onto our smooth-surfaced beach from the nearby Flagler Avenue beach entrance.
