The first-floor suite is self-contained with a mini kitchen, king-sized bed, and bathroom, while the second floor features the central kitchen, main living/dining room combo, primary king suite with a separate bathroom, and laundry room. The spacious outside dock with a beautiful wrap-around deck offers stunning ocean views and access from the kitchen. We welcome furry friends for a fee of $100 per pet. Please inform us in advance, and we’ll include them in your reservation. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house, and Uber is also available. Discover the serene beauty of Marineland, a family-friendly beachfront neighborhood with streets leading directly to the beach and no through traffic, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. Enjoy the tranquility of a beach with no public parking, ensuring a quiet and uncrowded experience. Local attractions include parks and recreational areas, Intracoastal boat launch access, and proximity to St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, just 25 minutes away, and only 1 hour from Orlando. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Do not climb over the dune at the back of the property; access the beach through the street walkover. Before departing, remove bedding and towels and leave them in the laundry room, load and start the dishwasher, take the trash out to the garage, check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers. Turn all the lights on and close the door. Trash days are Monday and Thursday, and lawn care takes place on Mondays. A property manager is local and always available by phone, text, or in person.
