A top to bottom renovation was just completed on this bright and airy three bedroom and two bath house. No expenses were spared and all systems were updated to make this a modern and energy efficient home. Main floor provides an open floor plan with living room, separate dining room and a large kitchen with an island that provides room for bar stools. Upstairs is a large master suite with two closets and ensuite bathroom. Also on the same level are two more bedrooms that share a large full bathroom. For convenience, laundry is upstairs by the bedrooms, making doing laundry less of a chore than having to drag it to the basement! And, speaking of basement, it is partially finished with three windows that provides light and air if needed. It also provides tons of storage space for all your stuff! The neighborhood is wonderful and always has events for the families and children living on the block. Even though all the houses have families living in them, it is quiet and peaceful and the neighbors come out in the evenings and on the weekends to talk to each other and share stories. While renovating, this was one of our favorite houses to come and work on because it is tree lined and peaceful street. You can hear the birds all the time.
