This home features tall ceilings and wonderful natural lighting. The kitchen has a Kitchenaid appliance package, white hardwood cabinetry and brass fixtures and pulls. Sleeping accommodations include a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a queen-size bed in bedroom #2 and a sleeper sofa in the den. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the loft. Bathrooms include the luxurious en suite and bathroom #2 which is easily accessed from bedroom #2 and contains a shower and tub combo. A unique part of the home is the loft, a fun and relaxing area for kids of all ages to play or a quiet place to relax after a day on the beach. Outdoors, guests can relax and dine on the screened and covered lanai and the backyard is quite large. Additional amenities and spaces include a full-sized washer and dryer on the first floor and a family room space that includes a TV, a loveseat, couch and chair. On-site amenities include boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. For kids, there is a pack n' play, kids towels, plates, cups, silverware and a high chair. A propane gas grill for guest use can be found in the garage. Guests can choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. Conveniently situated in the desirable Bonita Shores neighborhood, this home and community offer easy access to an array of dining options, including Wyld's Cafe, Coconut Jack's, Enzo's Italian, A Table Apart, Prime Steakhouse, C Level Bistro and Wine Bar, Royal Scoop, and Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream. It's also only 1.5 miles away from the main entrances to both Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach. It is best to have a vehicle, as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation, and the code is only active during the times of the reservation.
