The pool heater is off between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Absolutely no parties are allowed. On Fridays, place both recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup. On Tuesdays, place the trash bin only.
