Avoid the bigger apartment complexes in the family neighborhood of Laurel Glen across from the Lakes. Unit B is the second unit of a four-unit, one-story building. It has neighbors on both sides and windows (and exterior doors) facing west and east. It's an efficient one bedroom/one bathroom unit with full kitchen and its own washer/dryer. Built in 2017. Front porch and back porch with large shared yards. All on the first level so easy access with no stairs. No outside landscaping required other than optional snow removal. Extended length garage means room for both a car and storage or a space for projects. There is also reserved parking in the driveway in front of your garage meaning room for two cars off-street plus storage or one car in the driveway and a whole extended-length garage for storage. Views of the Bridger Mountains out the back door/patio. The neighborhood is close to schools, playgrounds, and ponds so is great for walking and biking. Neighborhood backs up to rural farmland but is convenient to Bozeman amenities and shopping. Central valley location but close to Bozeman.
