Although there is no direct beach access, the nearest beach access road is Access Road 1-A, just a 2-minute drive away. Enjoy the convenience of being close to restaurants, shops, and more. Boogie Board Bungalow is designed with you in mind, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with basic essentials, a dining table with seating for eight, and a breakfast bar with seating for six. Relax in the living area with flat-screen TVs, and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The home also includes a martini bar and a tea kettle for your enjoyment. For an additional fee of $100 per day, you can heat the pool or hot tub, with a 24-hour request notice required. The property is pet-friendly for an additional $125 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Parking is available for four standard vehicles. Situated just minutes from the shore, this home offers easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions.
