Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.  FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. RATES & PAYMENTS:  Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. The upper-level unit of this home features of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a spacious island with bar seating. The kitchen table seats six people and adjoins to the open living room which offers plenty of space to enjoy. There is a Full-size sofa bed that allows the living room to double as an additional sleeping area. There is a covered, street-side porch complete with chairs, side tables, and rockers. The primary bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen beds.
