The master bedroom can accommodate a king bed, the second bedroom a full/queen bed, and the third bedroom is suitable for a nursery/twin bed/office space. Washer/dryer are provided and located inside of the house. It has a large fenced back yard with a patio area and fire pit, as well as a sun porch with a window a/c, which provides a great bonus space for a dining area/office/playroom. A shed in the backyard and a closet at the end of the driveway provide secure and covered storage for recreational items such as bikes and outdoor toys. The Kensington Park pool and play area are within a 10 minute walk, and residents of Oakdale are welcome to join the Kensington Park Pool in the summer. CVS is a 10 minute walk in the other direction. Candler and Memorial are within a 5 minute drive. Several grocery stores and the Oglethorpe Mall are less than 10 minutes away by car. The DeRenne and Eisenhower entrances to Truman Parkway are less than 5 minutes away. Downtown is 15 minutes via the Truman or 20 minutes through town. There are many local restaurants within a 5 minute drive: China Star III, Sweet Potatoes, Clean Eatz, Ben's Neighborhood Grill, The King and I, Taqueria San Luis, and many fast food options.
