Tenant would be paying for all utilities and the up keep of the lawn. It is a 12 month lease with the option to renew the lease at the end of the 12 months. Tenant are not allow to smoke inside the home. Bigger dogs are allow with approval from home owner. Pet fee of $500 PER animal is required. Each person staying in the home that is over 18 we will do a credit and background check.
