Off street parking (2 spaces). Trash, lawn care, and snow removal provided. This is an upper unit with a walk-out patio and access from both front and back. A water run-off basin is you back door neighbor... very quiet. Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $100 for a third party. Minimum one year rental history and work history requested. $1500 monthly take home income to qualify. Cats and small dogs (25 lbs. or less) require a 1/2 month's rent non-refundable FEE and a $25 increase in rent per pet per month (2 pet limit). Large dogs (25+ lbs.) are accepted with the same fee, but a $50 increase in rent per month. Deodorizing of carpets is also required at the end of a lease that includes pet(s). Contract runs through July 31, 2026 and is renewable annually. If life throws you a curve ball and you need to end the lease on ANY other date besides July 31, 2023, there is a 1/2 month's rent fee, and full rent is due on the first of every month until re-rented.
