Co-signers are accepted. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount, good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. A complete application package includes an application as well as income verification (paystubs, tax return or offer letter for a new job). No co-signers or rental guarantors.
