About This Property
Very clean, freshly painted 1 bedroom apartment with bonus office or dining room (3 rooms total, plus full size kitchen). This is a railroad style apartment, so all rooms are a walk through style. Lots of vintage charm with high ceilings. Bathroom just remodeled with new ceramic tile floor, medicine cabinet, toilet and paint. New ceiling fan in kitchen. Shared backyard, but current upstairs tenant doesn't use it at all, so really private. Great for a small garden, bbq, fresh air and relaxing. Basement area that can be used for storage (with guidelines). Washing machine existing in basement that can be used by tenant. Lots of closet space. Lots of windows. Close to Lehigh University and short walk to many restaurants, bars/breweries and shops. Please provide email if you would like me to send a video tour.
