This inviting home boasts 3 full bathrooms and features one bedroom on the first floor with a twin trundle bed (twin on top with a pull out twin on the bottom). The first floor also features a living room, a dining room with seating for 8, and a large kitchen with plenty of counter space for prepping your favorite meals. There is an old school Nintendo 64 with Mario and 007 as well as a wireless PacMan game. Upstairs you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two with king-size beds. The master bedroom features a canopy king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a small balcony with seating for two. There is an additional full bathroom on this floor as well. Relax outside in the spacious hot tub, with enough seating for 7. The yard has the ability to be fully fenced and the detached garage has enough room for 2 vehicles. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. This property is within walking distance of the RTA station, which can take you to downtown Cleveland, and is a short drive from all the Ohio City/Gordon Square bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee. You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Hot tub cleanliness fine: $250. I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. [SI]
