All bedrooms come equipped with a Smart TV for your streaming enjoyment. The washer and dryer are located on the upper floor and available for guest use. Up to two dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. Located in the heart of the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood of Cleveland, you’re just minutes from some of the city’s best experiences. The neighborhood has a welcoming community vibe with historic architecture and growing amenities. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No cats are allowed. Includes a dedicated office space, ideal if you need to work or check in remotely. [SI]
