About This Property
Due to a job transfer, I am having to move out of a very nice, 2 bed, 2 bath in The Brickyard Apartments.I have posted pictures but they don't do it justice. I suggest you the brickyard site and look at the photos there...So, what do you get? I mean, besides falling asleep to the sounds of a lake right outside your bedroom window. * First floor until with a porch that opens right out to the six acre lake * 2 huge bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms - one with tub * Large kitchen w/appliances * Pet Friendly with a dog park on site * Two pools, fitness center * Quiet, wooded area not far from Mater Dei High School * Wash and Dry in unit. *Ample storage * May house up to 4 people * Nice mix of residents * Wood floors Ideally, you would move in around August 29. But, earlier arrangements might work...If you are interested, feel free to text me or contact the Brickyard Office at show contact info . I would be happy to show it. I am not an expert, but I don't think this one will last long.
