Closet space with hangers, a fan, and storage for beach gear are available, as well as an iron, hair dryer, and extra linens. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, and towels and starter toiletries are provided. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided so you can travel light. Bahia Beach is a peaceful bayside retreat with restaurants, rentals, and a marina. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, and nearby beaches. Two waterfront restaurants are just a short walk away, and fishing dock and marina access are nearby. Resort amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, game room, tennis courts, cornhole, full gym, and beach access. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $125; service animals are free. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. The amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort, and their cleanliness or availability are not guaranteed. The occasional pest is common, and while refunds are not issued for pests, assistance is always available if needed. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. The community spa will be under repair through February 9. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
