The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 6104 Cahuenga Boulevard
when I first moved there, it happened to have a leakage on a rainy day when I moved in Andrew was quick about it he could of fixed it before moving in. The manager on site is rude at times he keeps the laundry and pool dirty. The building is quiet and spacious but better staff
The units are spacious and have fireplaces. Maintenance and up-keep leave something to be desired, but it's quiet and fairly pleasant to live in the building. There's a pool in the courtyard. Manager and owners are not always professional.
