Walk half a block to the park, with access to Deschutes River. Close to Downtown, enjoy the local nightlife! Nearby attractions include Tumalo State Park, Lava Butte, Benham Falls, High Desert Museum, LaPine State Park, Old Mill District, Mt. Bachelor, Riley Ranch Preserve, Paulina Lake, Sparks Lake, Davis Lake, Sisters, Smith Rock, and Crater Lake National Park. If a noise complaint is called in by a neighbor after 10 pm, the Deschutes County Sherriff will be notified, and you could be evicted from the property without a refund.
